U.S. Wiping Materials stands by our commitment to provide a positive experience for each and every customer who purchases our products online. We are committed to correcting any order containing incorrect or defected products at our cost, and providing customers with an exceptional online shopping experience.

Costs for Returning Goods

U.S. Wiping will provide customers with a free return shipping label for all returns to our warehouse and provide replacement shipping free of charge.

Exchanging the Wrong Item

If you receive the wrong order, we will fix it. If you receive the wrong items, follow this procedure:

  • Contact US Wiping Customer Service at 1-888-330-5283
  • We will send a return label for you to ship back the incorrect items to our warehouse
  • We will re-ship your correct order with no shipping or handling fees to you

Replacements for Substandard Items

If you are not satisfied with any of the items received in your order:

  • Contact US Wiping Customer Service at 1-888-330-5283
  • We will send a return label for you to ship defected items to our warehouse
  • We will ship quality replacement items with no shipping or handling fees to you

Resolving Orders for the Wrong Quantity or Items

If you purchased the wrong quantity of an item or the wrong item:

  • Contact US Wiping Customer Service at 1-888-330-5283
  • We will send a return label for you to ship excess items to our warehouse
  • We will issue a merchandise credit for use on our online store.

U.S. Wiping Company does not offer a full refund on products purchased through our online store. 

Cancellation Period & Exchange Timeline

All orders made through our online store are final both before and after delivery.

U.S. Wiping Materials accepts returns and exchanges for incorrect shipments or substandard items up to 30 days after shipments are received. After this period, returns are no longer accepted.

Product returns outside of this timeline are not accepted.
